Sow Local Flower Subscription CSA Terms & Conditions
- By purchasing a flower subscription, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following Flower CSA Terms & Conditions as the recipient.
- I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full, I have secured my place in Sow Local’s Flower Subscription CSA for the respective season.
- There are no refunds, partial or full, once Sow Local’s Flower Subscription CSA is purchased.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to pick-up my flowers at the provided times. If I am unable to pickup, I will entitle a friend or family member to do so.
- I understand that if my flowers are not picked up on the designated day, at the designated time, I forfeit my flowers and the flowers will be donated at the discretion of the grower. Credit or refund will NOT be given.
***Naturally, some blooms or their leaves may present a level of digestive toxicity if ingested. Please keep out of reach pets and children.***
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please let us know! We will work to make it right. Please note that no refunds will be given for no shows.
- For all subscribers that are receiving a vase or jar, please return the vessel when you pick up the subsequent order.
